ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous, accurate and organized individual as Account Manager to maintain the full set of accounts for our client – a Manufacture Company with located at Batu Ampar. You will be a vital part of the finance operations, contributing to an organized administration compliant with Indonesian (tax) laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire accounting dept;
  • Submission of all the financial statements to management including consolidated reports;
  • Preparation of reports cost, forecast, budget & cash flow statements;
  • Monthly Payroll finalization;
  • Yearly closure accounts, completion of audit an file necessary report to all the government agencies on time
  • Compliance with all legislative with all tax and financial reporting requirements
  • Ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen, living in Batam;
  • Relevant work experience; at least 2-4 years at manufacture company;
  • Being able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred;
  • Degree (S1) in Management, Accounting or related field;
  • Strong communication skills – fluent in English, both verbally as in writing;
  • Accurate, meticulous and organized – being able to do detailed work;
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.
