HR Staff

We are looking for organized and responsible HR Staff  to join our client’s team in Batam, a Tobacco company with a branch in Batam Centre. Qualifications are below :


  • Calculate the monthly salaries, including BPJS, Jamsostek and income tax (PPH21) in excel;
  • Arrange timely payment and reporting of monthly salaries, BPJS, Jamsostek and income tax;
  • Keep track of employee details, filing personal particulars, calculating annual leave balances, etc.; 
  • Take care of all relevant administrative and secretarial duties and filling all documents accordingly;
  • Address the telephone and support the other team members with administrative duties.


  • Around 2 – 3 years of experience in HR matter ;
  • Good communication skills – fluent in English and Mandarin, in speaking and writing;
  • Being able to independently take care of all salary calculations, payments and reporting;
  • Younger female candidates are preferred.
